Delivery is free on all orders over £99.00 (excluding VAT). A small delivery charge of £5.99 will be added to all orders under this for Mainland UK delivery. Please note this excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands/Isle of Man where cost will be advised on application and can take up to 3 working days to deliver (Not including the 7-10 days lead time)
We can also deliver overseas but please contact the sales team before placing an order online.
Our standard lead time is 7– 10 working days from artwork approval. This will also depend on high volume periods. If you need your goods for a certain date or event please contact us and we will do our best to get them to you early.
For plain stock please add 1-2 working days from date ordered as this depends on the brand ordered.
We accept all major debit/credit cards, BACS transfer and Paypal
For garments branded with your logo, we will always send you a proof/visual for you to approve. This ensures you are happy with the layout and can check spellings/grammar before production begins.
Our designers aim to send the visual 24-48 hours after your order is placed. Your visual will be emailed to you. We must receive an approval by email before we begin production.
We cannot accept any responsibility for errors once a visual is approved.
For embroidery we can have the logo set as a PDF, JPEG or EPS
For screen printing we need the logo as an EPS, AI file. Click to see more on Artwork Guidelines
If you do not have a suitable file we can redraw your logo for a £25 fee.
The best branding method will depend on the material of the garment you choose and how complex your logo is. Check out our Branding Methods to get more information and decide which is best for you. It means our prices include up to 10,000 embroidery stitch count, a 1 colour screen print or transfer print to one position. For a price on a larger stitch count or multiple print colours and branding positions please contact us for a quote.
We most probably can do! We have many different workwear, team wear, corporate wear, leisurewear, school wear and promotional clothing suppliers, more than we can possibly showcase on here! Contact one of our clothing experts by phone or email and they will be happy to help. (Monday-Friday)
Yes, you can. We know it is hard sometimes to work out sizes or to decide on a colour / fit. All samples are fully chargeable but can be used towards an order or returned within 21 days without a restock charge. If returning please ensure the items Is in its original packaging and unworn.
As we stock a range of items from a wide range of supplier’s we cannot provide a generic size guide. However, we can provide individual size guides for each product/brand if required.
Heartlands Business Gifts T/A The Workwear Lab will decide if goods are returnable at our own discretion. The exception is where the return of goods is as a result of the failure of The Workwear Lab to supply the goods in agreement with the order.
We will replace any customised item if it is faulty. However, we don’t offer returns or refunds on customised items. Plain garments can usually be returned for free for a replacement or a full refund, in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied.
If you have not requested a return within 28 days of receiving your order, we will have assumed you are keeping the goods and will not authorise a return.
