Dispatch Times

For plain items we can usually send on a next day delivery depending on the brand, however please allow up to 3 days.

For branded items we are working on a 7-10 working day lead time but this does depend on stock availability and how quick a visual is approved so please check your emails as we will not proceed to production without approval of the visual.

If you require an urgent delivery date please contact us and we will be able to advise if this is possible.

Delivery

Standard Delivery

7-10 working days 

£5.99 ex VAT 

Standard delivery is available on all orders and covers UK mainland addresses. For addresses in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands/Isle Of Man carriage charges will be on application and longer delivery times may be incurred.

Delivery is FREE on all orders over £99 (Ex-VAT)

Free Delivery

Free delivery is available when you spend over £99 (ex VAT) onsite. Your garments will be dispatched and with you within 7-10 working days. This excludes addresses in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands/Isle Of Man where carriage charges will be on application and longer delivery times may be incurred.

Plain Orders

£5.99 ex VAT

When ordered before midday,  plain orders will be delivered the next working day for most of our brands. However, for some brands, it can take 3-5 working days.

Timed Deliveries

We can offer timed and Saturday deliveries if required, please contact the office and we can advise the cost.

Click & Collect

Up to 10 working days FREE

Click and Collect will appear if you are close to our Minworth Warehouse. This will show when you are logged into the My Account page.

You will get an email invoice when your order is ready to collect.

Notes

Items cannot be left without a signature being given by the recipient. 

Samples

When ordering online it can be hard to ensure you have the correct size and colour prior to purchasing, therefore we advise ordering of clothing samples. Click Here to find out more.

Returns

It is important to The Workwear Lab that our customers are happy and satisfied. If anything is wrong with your order, please contact us so we can put it right. 

• If the garments are faulty or the wrong size/colour sent we will arrange collection.
• If you are unhappy due to any other reason then please contact us.

Please note that we will replace all faulty branded items. However, we are unable to provide returns on the branded items that are not faulty. For that reason, we ask that when you receive the visual you check the positioning, spelling and that you are happy with the design before approving.

Also please note

You can only request a return 28 days from receiving your order. Once 28 days have passed the items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Please note any delivery surcharges originally paid cannot be refunded.
