Branding Methods

The Workwear Lab are extremely proud of our in-house branding machines. We are able to offer a number of ways to brand garments with your logo and make your logo stand out.

When choosing a method to brand your garment you also need to take into consideration the material of the garment.

We have a brief guide below to explain how each branding method works so you can choose which customisation method is the best for you.

Embroidery

Embroidered logos are a fabulous addition to clothing, making your brand stand out and giving it an exclusive identity. Embroidery is hard wearing and washes well.

We have a number of single head embroidery machines in our warehouse which ensures we are able to either run the same logo on all or split the orders up so we can do faster turn around times on small runs.

We use a metal frame on the garment to hold it in place and secure a backing fabric to the area where the logo will be. Your logo is then digitised and sent to the embroidery machines which then use the threads which are chosen to the closest colours of your logo. We use ……. Threads which are of a durable and high quality giving a superior outcome.

We recommend that for embroidery the most suitable garments are jackets, business shirts/blouses, polos shirts and headwear.

Print

If your logo has many colours and is/or intricate then a print option may be the best option. When printing we can create designs with bright colours meaning they stand out against the garment.
