Artwork Guidelines

To print and embroider we need your logo in certain formats which are outlined below. This will avoid any delays or extra charges.

If you do not have your logo in any of the preferred formats, we can re draw your logo for a £25.00 fee

Print

We use vectorised EPS / AI files to print from. The artwork needs to be created in these files and not just saved as them. If you zoom into an EPS/AI file then the artwork looks clear with no jagged edges or distortion. If we screen print then we need to know the pantone reference of the colour so we can match the ink to it.

You must also ensure all fonts have been coverted to curves. This is so when we open the artwork the font is saved within the file and doesn’t change.

Embroidery

We can use many files for embroidery but the resolution of the file must be above 300dpi. We convert your logo into a digitized file. The cost for this is £15, this is a one off fee (as long as it does not change) and your logo is held on file for any future orders

Artwork Approval

After you have placed your order, 24-48 hours later we will email you a visual for approval. We will not proceed to production until the visual is approved. Any delay in approving the visual may effect your delivery date.

Fulfilment

We have a large warehouse and can offer fulfilment of your order.

If you need your order split into man packs, we can do it!
If you need your order sending to multiple addresses, we can do it!
If you need tags adding to your clothing, we can do it!
If you need merchandise items adding to your clothing order, we can do it!
